There are many chemical products available in the market which though initially cures your hair but leaves a lasting effect which later on can give rise to several problems like hair fall, making your hair dry, split end problems, dandruff, etc. But don’t worry. We bring to you several homely tips in order to get rid off from all problems related with your hair. Hair loss is considered to be the major problem which is also known as baldness which means excessive hair loss from the scalp which is caused sometime due to hereditary problems or due to certain medical application.

The natural remedies which can prevent excessive hair loss

  1. Massage your scalp with uncooked egg yolk, leave it for an hour and then wash.
  2. Rub olive oil to your scalp.
  3. Smear castor oil on the scalp and hair roots but not on the hair and wrap it with paper and wash in the morning. Repeat this therapy for one month in order to reduce your hair fall problem.
  4. Boil scented geranium leaves in water and wash your hair with the solution.
  5. Take one table spoon of mustard seeds and boil it in a cup of water, cool it and drink.
  6. Soak fenugreek in a pot of water and massage the liquid to your scalp and continue this process for one month.
  7. Smear red henna on the scalp and then wash your hair.

Vitamin A is sweet potato, turnip, mango, carrot, green vegetables; etc keeps your hair healthy. Vitamin C, B, are also good for your hair. For oily hair you should avoid oily foods as excess oiliness can result in making your hair sticky.
